Campers on their way to Windhoek, Kgalagadi or South Africa will find the Kalahari Anib Campsite to be conveniently located. The Campsite is situated just 30km from Mariental on the C20 to Stampriet, with easy access from the main road.
Stargazing enthusiasts and lovers of the Kalahari Desert at night will love gathering around the campfires under the stars. Guests can thoroughly enjoy the view of the African savannah that encircles the Kalahari Anib Campsite’s three private sites.
3 campsites with private ablution facilities, braai facilities, power points and lights, and shade or trees. Each campsite allows a maximum of 6 persons. No pets allowed. Regrettably there are no wheelchair facilities.

A bar, restaurant, curio shop, and laundry service. Wood is available for purchased at the Kalahari Anib Campsite reception area.

There are three exclusive sites, which are equipped with private bathrooms, barbeque facilities, a power point, washing up facilities and shaded area. Guests are welcome to use the pools and restaurant at the lodge. Breakfast excluded.
Morning/Afternoon Nature Drive – Starting from N$ 810.00 pp
These drives are the perfect way to getting acquainted with the Kalahari Desert. The morning or sunset drive with panoramic views across the Kalahari dunes is something to remember forever. The drive starts at Kalahari Anib Lodge and continues through the park. Refreshments and a light snack will be provided. The sundowner dune drive includes a +- 30 to 40 minute sundowner on a dune, where guests can enjoy a drink and snacks while watching the sun set. Arrival back at the lode is in time for dinner. Book in advance or at the lodge. Departures are 30 minutes before sunrise, and at 17:30 pm.
Hiking Trails (self-guided) - Free of charge
Explore the Kalahari on foot and on your own initiative. A trail map is available at the reception.
E-Biking (self-guided) - Starting from N$ 325.00 pp
Explore the Kalahari on electric fat-bikes. Pedal through the Gondwana Kalahari Park on selected routes. A trail map is available at the reception. Only to be booked directly at the Lodge. Subject to availability.
Guided Dune Walk - Starting from N$ 6720.00 pp
Explore the Kalahari on foot with a guide. Refreshments and a light snack will be provided. Morning only. Only to be booked directly at the Lodge. On request.
Morning Nature Drives for Families (guided) - Starting from N$ 755.00 pp
Join a 2-hour morning drive with a dedicated tour guide. After a leisurely drive guests will arrive at one of the red dunes. The red sand of the dunes invites all children to play. The family will spend some relaxed time on the dunes with coffee and hot chocolate. The guide will share some interesting facts on fauna and flora with the children (and their parents). Morning only. Subject to availability.
