Hardap Resort is located in southern Namibia near Mariental,

Around 260km south of Windhoek.

About the Hardap Resort:

The Hardap Resort is on the Fish River and encompasses Namibia’s largest dam, Hardap. Angling enthusiasts enjoy the annual competitions held at the Hardap dam.

The Hardap Resort also contains the Hardap Game Reserve with black rhinos, black-backed jackals, gemsboks, springboks, kudus, Hartmann’s mountain-zebras, and giraffes. On the Hardap dam and its surroundings, visitors will also see one of Namibia’s most successful breeding colonies of the great-white-pelican.

Comfortable cottage with two bedrooms, each with two ¾ beds, one bathroom, and a lounge area. Equipped with a braai area (barbecue), fridge and tea station with an assortment of crockery and cutlery. The outside area has a table and chairs.

Family Chalets

Secluded self-catering units with two bedrooms, each with two ¾ beds, one bathroom, a kitchenette, lounge, and braai area. The kitchen has a small oven, basic crockery and cutlery, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee station. Outside is a shaded area with a braai, table and chairs.

VIP Chalets

Comfortably furnished chalets with queen-sized beds, a private garden area and a hot tub.
Equipped with a fridge and tea-station.

Campsite

A large number of campsites are available. The camps have electricity, water and a braai area.
